Learning About Light

In Science we are learning about the properties of light.  Some of the things we have learned so far are:
-Light travels in a straight line
-Light behaves differently in different materials (transparent, translucent, opaque)
-Light can be reflected
-Light can be refracted
-White light can be broken down into a spectrum

To help us learn we have been doing lots of experiments as well as reading, writing, drawing and talking to each other.  What is the most interesting thing you know about light?

    i really like the voki you have on the blog!! it is so amazing when i saw the voki at the first time, i was shok that it could ashliy talk!! i wish we can make another voki of our self!! i think that will be fun!!

    Hi Ms. Birdsall, I just went on to Ms. Lirenman's blog. I saw that they have a classroom blog pet. I wondered if we can have a classroom blog pet on our blog, too?? O think that will male everyone go on the blog everyday to feed the blog pet!!
